Shipping Address

Please provide a complete, accurate US or Canadian shipping address at checkout, including any apartment or unit number. An incorrect address can delay delivery or lead to extra reshipping costs.

Need to correct your address? Contact us immediately. We will check whether Printful can still update it. Availability depends on the order status and fulfillment facility, so changes are not guaranteed. We cannot change the address after dispatch.

Returned to Sender

If a package is returned to Printful, contact us so we can review the reason and confirm your address. Reshipment can be arranged only after the return has reached the fulfillment facility and been processed.

If the return resulted from an incorrect address you supplied, an unclaimed package, or a refused delivery, reshipping charges apply. We will confirm the charge before arranging another shipment. Returns caused by a carrier or fulfillment error are reviewed with Printful; we do not automatically charge you for those errors.

Please reply promptly: Printful gives us 30 days from its return notification to arrange reshipment. After that window, an unclaimed item may be donated and can no longer be reshipped. We will share the deadline when we contact you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Late or lost in transit? Contact us promptly with your order number and tracking details. We will investigate with Printful and the carrier. Eligible lost-in-transit claims can receive a replacement or refund after review.

Printful requires lost-package claims to reach them within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Please contact us as soon as an order is overdue so we have time to investigate and submit the claim.

If tracking says delivered but you cannot find your package:

Check your mailbox, safe places, household members, neighbors, or building reception.
Ask the local carrier to confirm the delivery location and delivery scan.
Contact us with what you find so we can help review the situation.

Packages marked delivered but missing, including suspected theft after delivery, are not automatically covered by Printful. We cannot promise a replacement or refund before the details have been reviewed.

Express shipping is available only when offered at checkout. A faster shipping service does not shorten production time. Once your order ships, use each package's tracking link for the latest carrier estimate.

Separate Packages & Customs

Items may ship separately because they need different packaging or are made at different facilities. Packages can arrive on different days. Check each shipment's tracking information before reporting a missing item.

Your order is not guaranteed to ship from within your country. If it crosses a border, customs duties, import taxes, or carrier clearance fees may be charged to you unless they are included or prepaid at checkout. This can affect Canadian deliveries in particular. Any import charges are separate from the shipping charge shown at checkout unless stated otherwise.

Customs processing can add time to delivery. Please respond promptly to any customs or carrier request to avoid your package being returned.
